A: No prior experience is needed! This workshop is designed for anyone passionate about supporting parents and caregivers.
Q: Will I receive a certificate?
A: Yes, participants will receive a certificate of completion after completing the full training to be able to offer Positive Discipline parenting groups and not the certification training.
Q: Are sessions recorded?
A: Due to the interactive nature of the training, sessions will not be recorded. Full participation and attendance is required.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Workshop Registrations: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days before the first day of a workshop. Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 30 days before a workshop. However, paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within one year at no additional cost. Refunds are unavailable after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not attend the workshop. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified by email.
CEUs: Positive Discipline Association has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider. ACEP No. 6723. Programs that do qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Positive Discipline Association is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
