Meet Yogi Patel

With 35 years of leadership experience and more than 25 years in education, Yogi Patel helps leaders, educators, parents, and organizations create environments where people feel valued, capable, connected, and inspired to contribute.

Drawing on Adlerian Psychology, Positive Discipline, Montessori education, and organizational leadership, she designs practical, experiential learning that transforms relationships, strengthens leadership, and builds cultures where people flourish.

A Harvard Business School-certified leader, AMI-trained Montessori educator, Certified Positive Discipline Trainer, and Master Trainer for Empowering People in the Workplace, Yogi has founded two Montessori schools and now works internationally helping individuals, schools, businesses, and communities move from surviving to thriving.

Her mission is simple: when we intentionally create the conditions for people to flourish, extraordinary things become possible.
