Join our next online cohort beginning April 7, 2026,  designed for HR professionals, managers, supervisors, school leaders, and entrepreneurs seeking to build high-trust, high-impact teams. About the Facilitator – Yogi Patel: Yogi is a Trainer for Empowering People in the Workplace, founder of two Montessori schools, a certified Positive Discipline Trainer, and a Harvard-certified leader with over three decades of experience. She’s trained thousands of professionals across schools, franchises, and businesses, with a mission to build compassionate leaders and collaborative cultures.

Empowering People in the Workplace

Online video participation is required for this workshop.

The PDA is also approved through the American Montessori Society to provide CE credit for EPW workshops.

Workshop Registrations: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days before the first day of a workshop. Refunds are not available for cancelations less than 30 days before a workshop or if you register but do not attend a workshop; however, paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within one year at no additional cost, minus fees paid to the credit card processing agency. Refunds are unavailable after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not attend the workshop.
