This workshop provides professional development for Human Resources Professionals, Mentors and Coaches, Entrepreneurs, Volunteer Coordinators, Team Leaders, School Administrators and Leadership Personnel, Positive Discipline Certified Educators, Trainers, Lead Trainers, and others familiar with the Positive Discipline program.

Developed by Dr. Jane Nelsen and Dina Emser, the experience is designed to provide a step-by-step approach to help business professionals understand how to create a culture of mutual respect in the workplace. This program stands alone or offers significant enhancement to other leadership programs; it emphasizes experiential activities based on Positive Discipline principles and tools to inspire deeper understanding and change.   3. A deeper understanding of Top Card with a focus on strengths and how to use other Empowering People tools in workplace situations.

  5. How to be encouraging to yourself and others.

  6. How the Team Meeting process and Team Problem Solving Steps (that are so effective in families, classrooms, and marriages) are also fun and effective in businesses.

With over three decades of diverse experience, I have learned that the crux of achievement lies in nurturing individuals to realize their full potential by cultivating purpose, creativity, and personal growth. I offer an evolving and visionary approach to leadership and human development that transcends traditional methods. Empowering People in the Workplace

Attendance to all sessions with video camera is required for certification.

The PDA is also approved through the American Montessori Society to provide CE credit for EPW workshops.

Workshop Registrations: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days before the first day of a workshop. Refunds are not available for cancelations less than 30 days before a workshop or if you register but do not attend a workshop; however, paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within one year at no additional cost, minus fees paid to the credit card processing agency. Refunds are unavailable after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not attend the workshop.
