Registration includes six live, interactive training sessions; the digital EPW Facilitator Manual, Workbook, and Tool Cards; experiential learning activities and breakout discussions; and facilitator certification review.
Participants who successfully complete the full 18-hour training with active video participation receive recognition as a Certified Empowering People in the Workplace Facilitator.

These practical tools are designed to be used immediately in professional settings.
Certification
Participants who attend all six sessions and actively participate via video will receive recognition as a Certified Empowering People in the Workplace Facilitator, prepared to facilitate EPW activities and concepts within their organizations and professional communities.

Yogi Patel is an internationally recognized leadership trainer, Positive Discipline Trainer, and Master Trainer of Empowering People in the Workplace, with more than 35 years of leadership experience.
A former Montessori school founder and leadership coach, Yogi has trained professionals across North America, Europe, and Asia. Her experiential approach integrates Adlerian Psychology, Positive Discipline, Montessori leadership principles, workplace culture development, and contemporary leadership research to help people lead with greater confidence, connection, and effectiveness.
