Workshop registrations have a cancellation/refund policy. If you request a refund up to 30 days before the workshop starts, you’ll receive a full refund (minus a $35 processing fee). However, refunds aren’t available for cancellations made after deposits are made to reserve a spot or changes made less than 30 days before the workshop. Paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within a year at no extra cost. Refunds aren’t available after a transfer is made or if you don’t give advance 30 day notice that you won’t attend the workshop. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified via email and refund will be shared.

NBCC: Positive Discipline Association has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider. ACEP No. 6723. Programs that do qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Positive Discipline Association is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
